my 2004 chevy truck will not start sometimes after 10 minutes will start

I bought the truck from Duncan Ford ..they've had it 4 times and say it hasn't messed up on them ..my security light also comes on while I'm drive down the road

There's your problem! .. The security system is what's keeping it from starting - intermittently .. Try the other key to see if that helps .. IF not then run it by Longwood Automotive - across the street from Midpoint and let Arnie have a look at it... He is pretty slick on em!
