ABS activation with no Code

What is your question?

I'm trying to find the solution to my abs activation under 10 miles per hour with no abs code, not even history codes. I serviced the TSB referencing the issue and the issue is still there. I tested the circut voltage and everything is working within specifications. Wondering if anyone out there has had the same problem. Any advice would be helpfull. ....
