It makes a difference > > NEUTRAL SAFETY SWITCH Use the test light and TEST ALL FUSES in the under hood fuse box - there are several fuses related to the starter circuit - TEST EM ALL ! I’ve fixed a parking lot full of these vehicles.. Good luck!
