It appears unable to get fuel up into engine, checked all fuses, put new gas filter in need help. thanks

You'll need to check for fuel pressure at the engine fuel rail with a pressure gauge. With key on and engine off, you should have ample pressure. Take this measurement. If you do not have fuel pressure, you'll have to troubleshoot the circuit to figure out why. Professional technicians would be best for this testing and repairs.
Could be more helpful if engine size were available here - yeah it makes a difference. Good luck!
The two available engines have totally different operating system components. Actual testing sequence remains the same but procedure requires different techniques.
