Why does my security light stay on even with it the key not in ignition

I've tried resetting and re-learned procedure and still doesn't start only cranks I've replaced the ignition with key the pcm and bcm all sensors plus wires and ignition coil both coil packs any direction is helpful

What makes this problem better or worse?
