Why I buck during slag acceleration.

i have a 98 3 door 4.3 On start up she runs great when she warms up she idols with a slight miss but no codes. it has 215k on it. During slag acceleration she starts bucking after warm up. I have changed Mass air, head to intake gaskets, water pump,
