o2 sensor problem. bank 1 sensor 2 and all sensors have been replaced.

could a slight hole in the flex area of my exhaust be causing this code and make the truck sputter on idle and sometimes after stopping and going? sensor code has been reset twice and both times popped back up a few hours after resetting.
