What is your question?
The shop said both sensors for the brakes work so it must be electrical. I took my truck to a dealer and they said it was an all around sensor, which the first shop said worked. They want $620. for the part. Does that sound right? Sounds way too expensive to me.

'IF' you mean the *REAR BRAKE LIGHTS* won't turn off ... It is MOST LIKELY just the BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH under the dash!
Usually there is a little hole where the brake pedal and the sensor meets. Check if you have it. If you do then that might be your problem.
WHAT SENSOR ?? There is no rear brake light 'sensor' on this vehicle, period!!!
I had that checked and it was good. The other switch or sensor was replaced with a new one, but the old one was good. So the dealership said it was the all around sensor. The price for it is supposed to be $620. That sounds very steep. Plus $110 to have the electrical diagnosed, plus labor makes me want to drive with the lights on and remove the fuse everyday.
Something just don't sound right! .. Strongly suggest getting another option and hands-on testing from a good independent shop/mechanic before any repairs are attempted... There is ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for the *REAR BRAKE LIGHTS* to stay on except for a failed brake light *switch* or a short circuit in the wiring!! .. There is no 'sensor' that can cause that!
