What is your question?

I have a 98 s10 and I have power but when I turn the key it makes no noise and doesn't start all my lights are on and radio comes on just wont start and I replaced the starter a few weeks ago so not sure whats going on

What makes this problem better or worse?

Disconnect battery negative cable - check for loose wiring OR cable down at starter solenoid.

Disconnect battery negative cable FIRST ! Opening over right front tire is handy starter solenoid access for checking wiring. Solenoid can be jumpered for starter testing - but skill to do so is needed ! Good luck!
