Motor revs up no lights from cab to tailgate ?

What is your question?

97 S10 4.3 auto extend cab. 134k , engine revs extremely high when brakes are applied or i have my headlights on ? I've checked grounds, replaced relays , fuses lights , still can' find the problem.

What makes this problem better or worse?
