I have to bleed the fuel pressure off the fuel rail to start engine

What is your question?

I have to bleed the fuel pressure at the fuel rail for the truck to start after running. Once the fuel is bleed it starts right up and runs great no smoke or fuel in the oil or going out the tailpipe

Those symptoms are exactly backwards from the norm... Need results of comprehensive scan testing and full range fuel pressure readings..

Full range = key on engine off - engine cranking - engine on pressure readings. Scan test results + fuel pressure readings are invaluable ! Engine size always helpful..
