when I go to turn my headlights on the buzzer comes on until you turn them off

I removed it years ago now ive noticed it blows the fuses for all the gauges and wont charge the battery had the alternator tested its ok if you jump it it will run

well,you know what's next!finding the dead short?

whats the best way to go about that?

what ever fuse is blowing would be a good starting point.maybe also where you removed the door switches,if not taped up.alternator don't charge the battery,it just maintains the charge on it.have the battery tested also.check all grounds.
