how do I test a blower resistor. 94 S10 blazer 4.3

What is your question?

I have tested the resistance and all coils are intact and show different levels of resistance. I have bypassed the resistor for now by jumping from the power at that plug directly to the 12v blower fan..

IF the resistor 'connector' is in good shape with no signs of melting.... replace blower resistor!..... You already know there is battery voltage there!
