I just installed a new/rebuilt power steering pump and when I started the truck without turning the steering wheel I have a continues whinning / squealing problems, why is that??

Make sure fluid level is correct.... crank engine and let it run awhile!... Recheck fluid..... I have had them whine for a day or more! ... Give it some time to quiet down.....
Agree w/#1......Also, turning the wheel hard to the left and to the right will help bleed it out and end the "whine".
