where is clutch fluid leaking from when leaking between the transmission/motor

The slave cylinder that engages clutch is most likely leaking.

Three things, master cyl., hose from master cylinder to slave cyl. or slave cylinder itself. Clean fluid off and have someone pump clutch,while you watch for leak source. Start at mast. cyl. fluid may run down hose that connects to slave.
