location of the ac/heater blower motor resiter on a 1991 chevy s10 pickup

well prior to a car alarm being installed, everything was working fineexcluding the winshield wipers. 3 days ago the car alarm was installed,when i went to vehicle unlock truck with car alarm remote worked fine. went to turn on ac it didnt come on at all turned blower motor switch from high to low nothing at all. also speedometer is not working.
