what would cause the no 1 fan relay to stick in open position. a/c goes inop

i have replaced this no 1 relay 7 times and and usually fixes it temporarily the other 2 relays 3 times ea. when the relay 1 sticks the fans stop the ac compressor starts cycling on and off and if you dont turn the engine of it will blow the pressure relief vlv on the compressor and engine ovrheats. today when it happened . switching out the no 1 relay nothing happened till i wapped it with a wrench it clicked the fans came on and it cooling good i cant figure everything elctric been replaced press sw all 3 relays the compressor and dryer the system is full of freon one thing that bugs me is the 4 terminal/wire pressure sw wth is up with that. why? is it mulitfunction switch ? idk but i am not dumb with general ac. but this has me going nutso any clue to my nightmare.... it only happens on hot days it never has a cooling fan issue in winter only in summer so something assoc with the ac causes fan to not work occasionally.. also replaced cooling temp snsor

i have taken relay center apart checked connections its like the sucker eats that relay
*TEST* relay pin circuits ... Bench test relay.. Good luck!
