What is your question?
On my 2001 Chevy Prizm, the cooling fans do not come on. I checked and found there is no current coming out of the end plugging into the left cooling fan next to the battery. I checked in the fuse box and it does not appear there is any current coming from the 4 relay holes or either terminal end for the fuse. Does this mean the fuse box needs to be replaced or is there another fuse or relay somewhere else? Both sensors have been replaced and I did try another fan relay that plugs into the fuse box before I checked for currents going through the wires.
What makes this problem better or worse?
There is no better or worse. The fans will not turn on at all when the engine gets hot.
How long has your 2001 Chevrolet Prizm had this problem?
About 3 months now.

Yes - there is a fuse in the under-dash fuse box AND in the under-hood fuse box as well for the cooling fans circuit! Refresh to the owners manual for ALL fuse locations and their functions. BEST to *test* ALL fuses using a test light.. â–ªï¸ *ALL FUSES* â–ªï¸
*REFER* to the owners manual. Guess I need to turn off predictive text! Good luck with it..
