Where is the fuel pump on a 2012 Chevy Malibu is located?

So, I will have to take the tank down to replace it? Or is it like the Korean cars, where you can just pop up the back seat?!

no,not like that.you will have to drop the fuel tank on your car,if you are 100% sure the fuel pump is bad.

just make sure that is the problem before replacing it.if so,make sure to buy the correct one,there are a couple different ones,and they are different.

I will in the future, but for now I don't have a fuel pump failure. Just wanna replace the filter as I passed the 30k mark

Aren't they usually located together? It was the case with the last car I had; a Laredo 2008
