Timing chain

What is your question?

Fixed broken timing chain, 2 bent exhaust valves on cylinder 1. Engine runs rough at idle but seems to smooth out at higher rpms. Got code for mass airflow high limit, replaced that. Still hard to start and rough idle. Now threw p0306 code cylinder 2 misfire. Swapped plugs, then swapped ignition jackets. Still p0306 comes up after clearing. Any thoughts?? Thank you
