Instrument panel gauges stuck and doesn't light up

HELP my instrument panel no longer lights up and all the gauges are stuck and don't work. Cant see mileage, speed, nothing only thing that lights up when I turn on the ignition for a second is the engine light and the anti theft light for a minute then go off. The only light that works in the shifter consul in the drive mark all the rest do not light up as well. AC works, radio works, Steering wheel control works. What can be causing this. Please Help!
