Could be a dust shield in the rear, could even be a part of the exhaust. Only way to know for sure is a hands on inspection. Here is a link to find a shop near you that can tell you for sure what the issue is. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops Alex
Brake pad OR brake caliper mounting hardware / components are loose - damaged OR missing. Applying service brakes tightens loose brake components & noise disappears - releasing brakes lets components loosen once again & noise returns.
