What is your question?
I have a 2007 Malibu and one wiper works and the other doesn't. How do I repair the system?
What makes this problem better or worse?
The drivers side does not work and the passenger side has become intermittent.
How long has your 2007 Chevrolet Malibu had this problem?
2 days

Your best bet for step by step instructions is to buy a chiltons or haynes manual. You can also use this link. There are many variables because we don't know exactly what's wrong by a repair manual will be your best friend if you plan on tackling repairs at home. http://bit.ly/2L2Ptj3 Alex
We can't post the lengthy procedure here on this site .. You may find a helpful video on YouTube. For a fee > www.alldatadiy.com Can purchase a repair manual for about the same price. Another alternative is just have local auto repair facility take care of this for you. https://repairpal.com/repair-shops
Some tips to prolong windshield wipe system longevity : Clear windshield of snow / ice BEFORE turning wipers on.. ALWAYS turn wipers OFF before turning engine off when parking vehicle outside.. IF wipers are left on and the key is turned off - next time key is turned on or the engine is started the wipers are going to start wiping - if the blades are frozen to windshield - that can damage the wiper transmission which will cause the exact same problem you have now!
