What is your question?
After about 2 months car being stored, it failed to start. Installed new battery completely dead, no crank no sound. Does it need fuses 43, 44, & 45 in the fuse box under hood, they are miissing?
What makes this problem better or worse?
N/A. Installed nee battery, won't start.
How long has your 2006 Chevrolet Malibu had this problem?
After 2 months that car was stored, it just won't start.

2006 Chevy Malibu engine compartment fuse / relay box: 43 Relay Ignition Module 44 Relay Fuel Injectors 45 Relay Intake Tuning Valve As you can see those are not fuses - they ARE very important RELAYS. I’m a little confused WHY 3 relays were removed to start with.
