I have replaced all bulbs and they keep going bad. Not sure what the problem can be that keep making the bulbs go bad. I even replaced the front headlights and still keep having the same issues.

This is a problem common to many 2004-2007 Chev Malibu's but Chev/GM refuses to fix or even acknowledge it. After replacing the headlight assemblies 3 times for this issue (go with Tyco after-market, not Chev...much better price and they fit and look just as good) I finally gave up and put in LED lights. It was a little trial and error on that since I found out that most of the LED lights for these turn signals are not bright enough and don't hold up well to the power when operating in the DRL mode but finally found the 3157-x18-T-CAR from superbrightleds.com ($19 each) that have worked well for 3-1/2 years now with no burning/melting of the amber globe. They are not quite as bright as the spec'd incandescent bulb but do a good enough job. Note: 1) Contact superbrightleds.com to see if this is still their best offering for this dual function (turn signal and DRL) application and 2) you will need to purchase and install a resistor kit to keep them from blinking too fast. The LED lights are simple drop in replacements for the incandescent bulbs but the resistors will take a little more time (took me about 20 min.) to add on.
