how to change 4way balance block

Remove the brake lines and re-install in the reverse order , being sure to NOT mix the lines up.Then bleed the system, all 4 wheels. I take it this is not an ABS type system.The part you are attempting to replace is called a proportioning valve or brake combo valve.Hth's
