Why is my car not sending any info to the emissions machine?

What is your question?

I have taken my car to three different emissions places. They have all said that they can not get a reading. I have had the fuses checked and all are in good shape.

Good idea to *TEST* ALL FUSES using a 12 volt test light - with key on .. That take approx 3 minutes!
