What is your question?
Turn signal does not flash after car boosted. Either left side dash bulb and indicator bulbs(front and rear) or them in right side stay on when pulling the switch to left or right. However, everything above works find if only turning cars's electric on (no boosted). Hazard signal acts same way. A new hazard relay had been replaced. No help.

Could it have possibly been jumped with the cables backwards. That is all controlled through the Body Control Module.
I have got it fixed by re-using the old hazard relay that I thought to be broken which is actually not. The story is there had been an issue with my car that signal kept sounds clicking whenever turning back from left or right . To fix it I had hazard relay replaced but did not work. Afterwards, I complete took the turn signal switch (in front of steer wheel) apart and clean it and re-greased with electronic grease. The clicking issue was gone. However, the problem in this question occurred right after. Now it's complete fixed. From beginning to end, the only issue was the contacts in turn signal switch were dirty. And the turn switch is a part that seemed never possible broken. If anyone asks replacement from garage for it, it will be at least $250 cost. The Hazard relay that caused confused problem was something annoying me. I bought it online with everything that indicated same as the original one but not really in fact. Anyway, my car has been working fine. Hopefully, what happened here would help someone who encountered similar problem. At least, a tip for you is clean turn signal switch to get rid of signal clicking abnormally. Thanks for the answer. I guess it might explain why the new hazard relay that I used caused problem. Thanks.
