Little choice but cutting the bolt head off and forcefully removing the remainder.. Keep in mind this will present a fire hazard.!

Saturating the retaining bolts with a good penetrating oil 30 minutes before tank removal will keep this from happening! PB Blaster works well - just so you’ll know next time. (Air powered cut off tool will likely be needed) Keep fuel tank WELL away from the vehicle during cutting! You will probably need *hands-on* assistance from qualifying / equipped personnel. GOOD LUCK!
