How much should it cost in labor and used parts to replace the rack and pinion?

Yes... it happened 2 days after I got the car back. I blew a power steering pump hose and then the rack situation started.

I've had everything done to this car in the last 5 years that a person could have done. I thought the engine swap would be the end of it. I understand that the rack and pinion could go bad after having blown the ps pump hoses... grr.
