How do I troubleshoot for no blinkers on my vehicle?

most likely the flasher is bad for the signals.the hazards work off the same flasher.if the hazards still work turn them on and listen for the clicking under dash,next to steering column.the turn signal flasher on your Lumina is mounted on a clip next to the steering column, up under the dash. You may need to remove the lower dash trim panel<s> to be able to locate it,if its not clicking.replace it.its less than $20.00
