Why won't my radiator fans work in my 96 chevy lumina

Yes the Guage is reading like it's boiling hot but I've checked several times an it's not an till fix I've straight wired fans to battery I 've changed relays, level module,an temperature sensor

there are 2 temp sensors.did you change both?one is a 2 wire,the other is a 3 wire sensor.connector harness ok for both,no cuts,broken wires?
