What's causing my car not start. Everything works fine lights are all coming on etc. I tried to boost it but want take a charge. What could be causing it not to start.

Battery LOAD TESTING will still need to be performed.. How old is the battery? Battery can fail (short internally) and cause this concern. *Hands-on* testing / evaluation is required here.
