I have like a humming noise when I turn my wheels especially when's it's cold

Sounds like a power steering issue. Your power steering pump will make a groaning noise when low in fluid, full of air in the fluid, or when the pump itself has internal wear. Have a trusted repair facility check the power steering system for low fluid level first. If it's low, it could be leaking - add fluid to check for a leak, and see if the noise lessens.
