Where is 02 sensor-bank 1 located?

It is my understanding that I need to replace SENSOR 1, BANK 1, on my 2005 Impala (3.4 Engine). PICTURE THIS: I'm standing in front and center of my car-I'm leaning to look at the rear of the engine, overlooking the distributor-I can see where the top exhaust manifold connects to the engine block-directly behind the exhaust manifold connection, I can see what appears to be SENSOR 1, BANK 1, screwed into, or near, the manifold (with electrical wires that can be "unclipped"). IS THIS THE ONE THAT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED? PLEASE ADVISE!
