How can I fix my gas needle it stuck and will not move stay s at the bottom of the gauge

it's most likely the fuel level sensor>>(Dorman Part Number: 911-008,,$35.99) the float/switch that's part of your fuel pump module assembly that shows how much fuel is in your tank,or you could replace the whole assembly,around $300.00. if you do either of those,the fuel pump assembly has to be removed from the fuel tank,,, there is a slight chance it could be your fuel gauge? do you know how to do the test using your digital odometer? it does a bulb check test,gauge sweep,and lots more test,rpm,voltages,etc..this will confirm if your gauge works..if you need to now how to do this,reply back...
The "most likely" scenario in the other answer to this question will require draining, removal and replacement of the fuel tank to try the repair. The causes are all listed, sended, wiring, instrument cluster or even a connector issue. Before throwing parts at the problem, take the car to a qualified, licensed repair facility for proper diagnosis.
