As soon as my car goes 10mph it jolts. What does that mean?

What is your question?

My ABS light and Service Traction light is on as well. It has also stalled once or twice when starting. When in idle I'll accelerate but it goes very slow and I hear an almost grinding sound. What does this all mean and is it an expensive fix?
