3.8L cranks but won't start .. The history of car and replacement parts are all new since 10/1/2015 battery, plugs and wires, water pump, radiator , fan, all hoses for cooling system, replaced PVC elbows that connect to water pump.

Like I said before when retraining the car the car has no issues... But when car cranks but does not start the fuel injectors are not pulsing ... Something is telling the computer not to let the injectors pulse.., any ideas on why or how that works.. Like I said any knowledge would be very helpful...
