on my 01 impala ls 3.8...temperature gauge goes up when idleing at light.

change water pump radator themostat water pump & plastic elbos...flushed radator...car is idling at red ligjt température gauge goes passed the half way mark...

What makes this problem better or worse?

when car is not moving..and car is warm up
