IF I CHANGE MY SPARK PLUGS AND WIRES AND MY CAR STILL IS JERKING A LITTLE

My car just stated jerking real bad,I've changed the spark plugs,and put a new pcv valve hose on it

if youve changed the plugs and wires and the problem continues then it could be the ignition coils , TPS, or ign. control module.
