What is your question?
2 months ago cruise control didn't work for a day. 1 month ago power shut off after engine turned off instead of staying on until doors open. That lasted for about a week. 2 weeks ago driving home and heard weird sound coming from engine. I thought maybe had a flat tire sounded like driving on a rim. Got home engine didn't want to turn off after I turned off ignition. Inserted keys and turned a little it turned off. Tried a couple more times and did same. Tried again later and only the fan kept running. Fan wouldn't stop so unhooked battery. Went out a little later to try again hooked up battery car sounded normal again ran fine for about 3 days then started car to warm up went inside came out a little later and car had died radio wouldn't turn off and eventually drained the battery. Whatvcould be wrong and how much am I looking at. 2001 chevy impala

There certainly could be many things happening here causing one or more of the problems you are experiencing. The place to start, though, is to ensure you have a fully charged and fully capable battery. Have this tested. Low voltage and system power can cause a number of different things to happen due to the influence of the battery. This is totally a guess, but a simple starting point also.
