Break light bulb is fine, why does the break light still not come on?

Where is the brake light switch? What is fuse # for the break light & where is it located?

Owners Manuel is missing. I got a ticket today because of no lights. I had no clue it was out due to the fact I replaced the bulbs. Where is the malfunction switch? Is the switch easy to get to for the brake under the dash? Will I be able to get to it

Brake light switch is mounted under dash above the pedal.. See owners manual for fuses.. Location and function... Multifunction switch IS the signal light switch.. Which CAN cause that problem!

Do I have to pull out the whole dashboard to get to the break switch?
