Coolant burst

What is your question?

So I was driving home from work and I noticed smoke comin from the engine. I noticed coolant leaking everywhere. there is a tube going from underneath the coolant to to a lil port but I cant tell if it snapped and landed there or it is supposed to be there and I need to reclamp it.
