Why does my car pull to one side while i drive and braking

need to check roter one or is thiker then the other

You probably need a brake job. As you may have worn pad or rotor severly. The pulling can also be caused by an alignment issue due to a bad ball joint or tie rod. Need to have checked.

you may also have a bad rubber brake hose or a bad caliper. the brk hose calapse inside and will block brake fluid flow to that side
