Dealeris billing for 9 hours LABOR before getting a "code"to replacethevalvebody

this is the thing i DON'T understand.why did you take the car to the DEALER?are there NO local,trusted,independent repair shops in Simi Valley CA? the DEALER is NOT the only ones that can work on vehicles!!if your car has been there over a week,then it sounds like that they are GUESSING at it now at over $100.00 an hour labor!!
