Heating problems. I can hear the blower running but hardly feel any air

I would first check the heater core. Second i would check air flow ducts and this will put a smile on your face if its the problem. If duct are not snuggly fit you will get little air, its a easy fix. The last thing and i hope this isn't the problem water pump, could be going bad, but you would be smelling coolant/antifreeze. You blew crap back into your air filter when you washed your car? This was my problem, was ok after everything dried and settled.

Replace cabin air filter and Look for Mice nests.
