had problem with the passlock system used the newrockies pro bypass module noe the fuel pump isnt working so we tested the power supply to the pump we got 11.8 at the fuel relay but only 5 volts at the pump no fuse pins in the fuse spot under the hood is there another fuse block besides the one by the drivers left foot and the under hood drivers side where the fuel relay is?

Which wire or pin did you check at the relay did you get 11.8v. Just asking how you checked it to get to that voltage. Where is Potwin Ks.?
LOL, idk where that is at thats the address that was automatically posted to my profile. we were checking it at the fuel pump location. I did get 11.8v at the relay on i believe the #85 pin
It's to early for me to remember which pin on the relay it is, but looking at the wiring diagram shows different. The fuse that power the pump before the pump is ECM-B in the underhood box. that should be the only B+ going to the relay with key off. The center pin is the one that goes to the pump (gry wire). There is a fuel pump prime wire connector, (red wire) that goes to the left side of the engine. the other pins, 1 should have a ground, check with relay removed or it will feedback to the computer showing 2 grounds, the one that is left is the computer B+ command wire to activate the relay and turn the pump on. Anything else just let me know.
