How can a driver information center already go out with low mileage

What is your question?

How can a 2017 with 50000 miles have a driver information center already go out I have had this vehicle less than 90 days. Mileage was 44615 when purchased 7/17/20 It was a pre certified vehicle too.

What makes this problem better or worse?

Nothing comes on. Screen is black
