Just got a nail in my tire and all the tire places are closed today. what to do?

Just got a nail in my tire and all the tire places are closed today. I'm turning the car in in a few months so would hate to replace the tire for nothing. Any advice? buy some of that stuff to squirt into the tire to hopefully patch it from the inside? do i pull the nail out?
