Ac goes in and out
What is your question?
When the AC is turned on to cold and is at medium speed, cold air will blow, then the pressure will slow and hot air will come out, then it will pick back up and blow cold air again. This will continue as long as the vehicle is on. I have taken it to a mechanic multiple times, but they cannot find the problem.
What makes this problem better or worse?
It doesnt get worse, it just continues

Two questions to start-when you use the term pressure, do you mean the fan speed increases/decreases? That would indicate to me that this is an automatic climate control system. Second question-is the mechanic you’ve been to ‘multiple times’ a dealer, or an independent shop? Sometimes not all pertinent technical information is available to the aftermarket , and that can lead to misdiagnosis, or as in your case, no real diagnosis at all.
